Our facility is 4 km to Mavikent and 8 km to Kumluca district center.
What is the concept of Şah Inn Paradise Holiday Village?
We serve in the concept of all-inclusive alcohol-free family hotel. There is no alcohol service in our Holiday Village. There are separate beaches, pools and SPA centers for our male and female guests. As a common area for families, we have a family pool, family beach and aqua park.
What are the concept rules?
It is not appropriate for our guests to wear excessively low-cut, transparent, strappy and mini clothes throughout the facility in accordance with the concept rules. In common areas (Family Pool, Family Beach, Aquapark), we have a burkini rule for our female guests.

How to make a reservation?

What is the Early Booking campaign?
Since we sell according to a quota system, the earlier you make your reservation, the more affordable the price you will benefit from. It means the earlier you make your reservation the cheaper it will be.
What are your entry and exit times?
Check-in time in our holiday village is 14:00. Check-out time from the room is 11:00 noon.
What are the early check-in and late check-out times?
Please note that for early check-ins, room delivery may be made early depending on the availability of the room and you can benefit from all our facilities until the room is delivered. For late check-outs, depending on availability, you can stay at the hotel until 16:00 pm for a certain fee. For late check-outs after 16:00, one (1) day accommodation fee is charged.
Which documents do I have to present at the entrance to the Holiday Village?
For reservations made through our website or call center, the ID or passport of the persons staying in the room is checked at check-in. Marriage certificate must be declared for honeymoon rooms.
Is there a disabled room? How is the access to the pool, beach, restaurant?
There are disabled rooms in our holiday village. It is possible to reach everywhere within the facility. We have wheelchair service for our guests who request it.
Is there wireless internet in the room and public areas? Is it for a fee?
We have wireless internet service in our holiday village guest rooms and areas that our guests use intensively. We do not have wireless internet service in the ladies' complex and ladies' beach.
Is there an iron in the room?
There is no iron in the rooms. Laundry service is available for a fee. Upon request, a 1-hour travel iron can be provided to our guests free of charge.
Is there a kettle, tea and coffee in the room?
Kettle, tea bags and coffee are available in our rooms free of charge.
Do you smoke in the rooms?
You cannot smoke in our rooms. According to the law, smoking is prohibited indoors.
Is there a minibar? How often is it refilled?
There is a minibar in our rooms and the first use is free of charge. Your subsequent requests are charged. 1.5 litres of water is left daily.
Is there a safe deposit box in the resort rooms? Is there a charge?
Yes, it is. It is free to use.
What should I do if I left my belongings in the room after leaving the hotel?
If you call our facility, you can contact our front office or public relations teams.
Is there a baby bed service for children?
The single armchairs in our rooms can be beds and these armchairs will be prepared for your children. Upon request, a baby bed is left in your room free of charge.
POOLS & BEACH
Does the resort have its own beach?
Yes. Our facility is located by the sea and has 400 meters of beach. The beach is positioned as special for women, special for families and special for men.
Is the beach pebble? Sand?
Our beach is mixed with sand and gravel and sieving is carried out in certain periods.
Do you have a ladies-only pool?
Yes, we do. Our 2 separate pools, indoor and outdoor, serve our female guests. The indoor pool is 160m2 140m2 deep, our outdoor pool is 570 m2 140 m. deep.
Do you have a pool for gentlemen?
Yes, we do. Our 2 separate pools, indoor and outdoor, serve our male guests. The indoor pool is 150 m2 in size and 140 cm deep, our outdoor pool is 850 m2 in size and 140 cm deep.
Is there a private pool for families?
We have a 300 m2 large Family (Common) Pool. In addition, our Aquapark is available to families all day long.
What are the concept rules for pools?
In the Common Areas, we have a burkini or semi-burkini clothing requirement. Since the women's complex and the women's beach are closed areas, our guests can wear swimsuits and bikinis if they wish.
